The Bank invites quotation for AMC for computers and its allied pheriperals. The terms and condition for submission of quote is detailed below. Interested shall quote for the same. For any queries pls feel free to write us on ccb_bank@yahoo.co.in


 

QUOTATION DETAILS

Quotations are invited for Annual maintenance Contract (AMC) for the following systems and peripherals, as details below, of the Bank for ONE YEAR.

 

1. Systems ( Desktop)             – 511 Nos (Lenovo-383 + Acer-128)

2.Dell Server                         –     1 No

3.Switch + Lan                      -  66 branches

 4.HP Scanner (Scan jet2410)  – 66 Nos

 5.Hp Laser Printer                 –   66 Nos          

            

TERMS & CONDITIONS – DESKTOPS & SERVER COMPREHENSIVE

1.      The Desktops & Server maintenance contract is comprehensive and provides for free replacement of any faulty items.

2.      During the contract period all the spares replacement will be done by vendor.

3.      Wherever a component has to be replaced, it shall be replaced with a component of the same make and configuration: in case the component of the same make and configuration is not available for any reason, the replacement shall conform to open standards and shall be, of a higher configuration.

4.      The Service Provider is required to maintain the adequate stocks of spares to meet the requirements.

5.      Ensuring that covers, screws, etc. are firmly fastened in respect of each equipment.

6.      Shifting of equipment within the building as and when required.

7.      Any faulty items replaced, becomes the property of  (Company Name).

8.      Calls will be attended on all the working days from Monday to Saturday between 8.00am and 5.30pm except Sundays and Holidays under N.I. Act.

9.      In case of break down, there will be a maximum lead-time of 4 hours from request of break down call to attendance.

10.  In case of any spares being obsolete/discontinued by the manufacturer and hence being unavailable, the customer may either  go in for an up gradation or Buy Back scheme on terms mutually agreed by either party or the difference in amount for the remaining period will be refunded by (Company Name)

11.  The Desktops should not be opened or serviced by the customer or by anybody other than (Company Name).

12.  Most of the services will be carried out at user site only.

13.  In case the Bank purchases New Systems replacing the existing ones, the company/service provider should not claim proportionate AMC amount in the subsequent quarters for the new systems which will be covered by warranty.

 

 

 

14.  For Maintenance works at branches 3 Residential Engineers will be exclusively given to H.O control for looking after the Preventive maintenance and breakdowns calls.

15.  The Contract amount is agreed to be collected 3 Months in advance (Quarterly).

16.  The Vendor has to resolve the complaints at the earliest. If the complaints are not resolved, the Vendor has to provide equivalent stand by equipments towards the smooth operations of the Network and Services otherwise the Penalty will be levied.

17.  Frequent change of staff will not be acceptable. In case of unavoidable circumstances, change of staff must be done in consultation with the Head Office.

18.  Staff members deployed by Service Provider will be subject to the disciplines, office decorum.

19.  The staff members deployed by Service Provider have to make their own arrangements with regard to expenses relating to transport costs, administrative costs, office stationery and provision of basic civic requirements.

20.  Provide support for Operating System (OS), Network connectivity. Windows Client, Office Automation Tools & Customer Mailing Services.

21.  Registering and updating the anti-virus system periodically as per the policy and Procedure followed by the customers.

22.  Resolve problems related to Windows OS.

23.  Service provider is responsible for periodic health check up of the systems, troubleshooting problems, analyzing and implementing rectification measures. Periodical maintenance should be quarterly once for all units.

24.  Installation/Upgradation/support of Antivirus software clients on desktops. Problem analysis and its resolution related to Antivirus.

25.  Location wise visits to be done for site maintenance and attendance of the onsite resource Personnel.

26.  The company should submit the profile with registration details, no. of service engineers available for attending fault, PAN details, details of service provided already in banking industry.

27.  The AMC will be entered from the date of finalization of Quote for 1 year

28.  The Bank reserves the right to terminate the AMC if found not delivering satisfactory service while in need.

29.  The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof, bank reserves the right at its discretion to call for fresh set of quotations.

30.  The company should send the profile (ie., TNGST NO,PAN NO,TIN NO, year of service in the AMC service etc.,)

  1. The sealed Quotation should be submitted to “THE GENERAL MANAGER, CC BANK, 215,  PRAKASAM SALAI, CHENNAI -600108 on or before    16.08.2014 at 12.00 P.M.

 

  1. Late submission after the date will not be entertained at any circumstances.
